ZLX 6cef06c4b6 fix(clash): GitHub 域名彻底从 AI 分组剥离 ...

ruleset=🐙 Github 从 ai.list 之后移到所有 AI ruleset 之前。

ai.list 里带了 6 条 GitHub 域名：api.github.com、copilot-proxy /
copilot-telemetry / copilot-telemetry-service.githubusercontent.com、
copilot-workspace.githubnext.com、githubcopilot.com。原先 Github ruleset
排在它后面，这 6 条全被 OpenAI&Anthropic 接管。

GitHub.list 里 github.com、githubusercontent.com、githubnext.com、
githubcopilot.com 四条 DOMAIN-SUFFIX 正好完整覆盖这 6 条，提前即可全部夺回，
无需逐条写内联规则。本地 OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini/Cursor/Grok.list 已确认
不含任何 GitHub 域名，不受影响。
