fix(clash): base 补回各机场专用 DNS 修复聚合订阅节点超时

聚合工具丢弃订阅 dns 段导致 *.cloud-nodes.com / *.sankuaei.com 等
私有节点域名解析失败、节点全部超时。base 模板补回 hosts + dns,
含三套机场 nameserver-policy(redir-host 模式)。
